school bus driver summer driving jobs income not allowed?
house can not go fha -- conventional mortgage -- my client is a school bus driver... he works other driving jobs (w2) in summer... these summer jobs are NOT all with the same employer.. his loan officer says these summer jobs must all be with the same employer...?????

If there is a history of part-time driving and by history, i dont mean spotty history, i mean 2+ years of history, you will be able to find a lender to do this.
It sounds to me as its not stable history and is spotty, otherwise it should be used.
remember its not always the loan officers fault, ask your client to write out his history on paper and you look at it and see if it makes sense to you if you were the one lending him your personal money.
