Conventional Jumbo wholesaler needed in Maryland and other states

I am looking to sign up with a wholesaler for conventional jumbo loans. The company that I work with is looking for financing sources that are lender paid compensation . With all the new regulations looking for comp plans that will work generally 3%.

Any sources out there?
