B. The city that condemns a house in 2011 and then sells it in 2012?


C. The county that spends money knocking down a house that's been sold by one of it's cities?


D. The "journalist" who spins all of this into some tender tale?

What a screw up.

It just shows what 50 years of Democrat rule will do to a city.

Even though they are tearing down whole sections of the city those fools that are left in Detroit still vote Democrat despite the city being a hell hole.

The populace of Detroit apparently aren't capable of learning from what they can see before them.
