Black Monday - NFL Firings

Wow, teams aren't wasting any time cleaning house. Chicago, San Diego, KC, Cleveland, Philly and probably more to come.

How did Rex Ryan survive in NY?

Is this the year Jerry Jones finally makes himself the head coach?

Some pretty good jobs open. Will Cowher or Gruden be crazy enough to walk away from their broadcast gig and return to coaching?

hasn't Gruden been looking for a way back in for a while now? this may be his year.

They fired Lovie??? How the heck does Schwartz keep his job and not Lovie?

It was given that Cleveland would fire everyone, they do it every 2 years.

The whole idea of continuity is lost on the Cleveland Browns. I can name all of the head coaches that Pittsburgh has had in the last 40 years, since there has only been a grand total of 3. I can't name the last 3 head coaches for Cleveland, and they have had 12 since they came back into the league.

It will sell a few more tickets to the stupid Browns fans who believe that no matter what, change is good for the Browns. Certainly has worked well for them over the last 20 years.

CM,

Why stop at head coach? I think Jerry Jones might make himself starting QB.

That too. Romo always finds a way to come up small in big moments.
