Anyone still doing 1 X 30 in MD, conventional refi?

671 Fico, 1x 30 due to closing snafu, then lender cited 1 X 30 as reason for subsequent denial. Everything else is fine.

1x30 sounds not so tough ,, hope there is not more,.,.
