Political: Desperately need a NY Lender here........
Good Afternoon all.
My bank is actively looking for a NY lender who can do FHA streamlines using no Fico's and who also allows NY CEMA's? I have 2 files sitting on my desk ready to go. Both of these files, the borrowers have high int rates and 0 x 30 mtg histories.
