MGM International Mortgage Corporation or A Perfect Mortgage dot com any good feedback?
MGM International Mortgage Corporation or A Perfect Mortgage dot com any good feedback? Has anyone had any good closings with this company (Saj Habib)? I have read some comments about them taking fees and not closing. But in Hard Money deals don't always close. Trying to protect my customers and would like to hear positive feedback before Ihave them pay the Due Diligince Fee. Thank you,. --Richard

KEN: Don't understand. I think this post is part of my due diligence. I researched and read that some people were not happy with MGM charging fees and not closing loans. I read that some people said it is sour grapes that appraisal came in short and MGM denied the loan. I read where Saj Habib responded saying they do close lots of loans. I am doing my due diligence to see if any brokers DID actually close any loans with this company. --Richard

You will not find anyone that closed anything with MGM. I know of people losing $8K to this guy on a project that they were dreaming about

How many times do we have to see this frikin question? I am getting ridiculously annoyed by it. My gut tells me it is the same jerk off over and over.

Same story with most of those who responded to your Florida land loan, couple weeks back.
Under the terms and conditions that you described, I cannot see anyone doing it, that is why some of us told to take the deal that you indicated you had on the table and run, although I doubt seriously that will close eventually.
If it did close consider yourself very lucky....but without something real to cross on or a strong co-signer, that one will not happen.....at least not the way you described the scenario.
Good luck.
