NEED-Commercial Loan -Building for Adult Entertainment Club

Looking for lender that will provide financing for building that is used for adult entertainmnet club. Borrower is buying business but needs financing for building. Any takers?

Hello, I'm looking for someone to do a 50/50 equity financing loan. It's on a Lakefront property that I can purchase for 930K and the BPO on it is 1.8 mil. and the agent that did the BPO said that when the market turns around some more it will be worth 2.2-2.4 mil.
